Content style guide, brand's tone and voice

Saphira Agency

Saphira Agency was a young marketing creative agency that worked for American, Ukrainian, and Israeli markets with positioning: the client at the center of processes.
At the beginning of their journey, the agency reached out to me to create guidelines and a brand tone of voice for external client communication across all touchpoints.

Based on the brief and the brand strategy, I identified 4 primary characteristics of the voice tone and detailed each one. As the brand primarily targets business creators, the communication needs to be restrained and serious, avoiding overcreative and familiarity.

After that, I outlined the languages the brand communicates in, considering its multinational audience.

Afterward, I outlined clear points on how the brand communicates and how it doesn't, ensuring that copywriters create further communication and maintain a consistent writing style. Here, I ensured the language was clear and understandable to the reader while adhering to writing standards and reflecting the brand's persona.
